Bootcamp for UAE University candidates for the Incubator program

The Science & Innovation Park at UAE University has been partnering with Arab Excellence for the last two years to receive several trainings in the pre-incubation and incubation programs (Ideas to Prototypes and Prototypes to market).
Today, Arab Excellence along with its partner the UAE University Science and Innovation Park has already witnessed success stories related to youth and women empowerment.

Impact on Startups

Only two years after the launch of the Science & Innovation Park, UAE University received in January 2018 the Mohammed Bin Rashid Award of « The Best University to support Entrepreneurship in the Arab World »

During the Arab Excellence workshops, we have witnessed an impact in terms of change of mindset. Our participants have shown some considerable improvement in terms of self-confidence and motivation, and are feeling more inspired. They are not only able to clearly identify their personal drivers and create a vision, but also develop a sense of purpose, and a pro-active mind. They are also capable of planning and building a roadmap to achieve their goals. They are able to self-reflect and perform self-assessments to improve the set of skills they need to implement their plans.

Among the skills that Arab Excellence helped our participants acquire we can highlight communication and public speaking, networking, planning, team-work, task prioritizing, managing differences and many others.
