After successful programs around the world such as Stanford University, INSEAD and UAE University, we are pleased to announce the launch of the 2nd ArabExcellence program at Al Faisal University students graduating in 2021 or 2022 and currently seeking a job.

This program is in partnership with J.P.Morgan, and several other global companies such as Linkedin, amongst others…

 

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and will be provided with career and job opportunities with leading global companies based in the UAE and globally.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAm

Details of the program:

Phase 1  –

 5 workshops by Arab Excellence 

5 workshops will cover a number of critical skills: inspirational case studies from local role models, formulating mid and long term vision,  professional and personal roadmaps, proactive networking skills, professional resume, cover letter, communications, public speaking, networking, creating professional presence online, etc…

Phase 2 

3 MEntorship sessions IN leading private companies 

Phase 3 is a pragmatic phase where mentors from prestigious companies will help students with practical steps to reach career readiness and employability.  Prestigious companies includes JP. Morgan, Linkedin etc…

Phase 4 

 Job matching with employers

Graduating Students will be prepared  to go though Assessment centers in orders to obtain jobs in several Partner companies. The exact list of positions and companies will be communicated at a later stage.

CRITERIA and SELECTION PROCESS

– 50 students fo Al Faisal University: Males and Females
– Between 21 and 27 years-old
– To graduate in 2021 or 2022 from university
– A vision and willingness for change and career aspiration
– Willing to commit to a self-development program

– Four Saturdays: March 6th, March 13th, March 20th, March 27th
