After successful programs around the world such as Stanford University, we are pleased to announce the launch of the ArabExcellence program starting 24th of March 2019 for Emirati Graduates currently seeking a job.

Participants will be provided with career opportunities with leading global companies based in the UAE and globally and will receive a Certificate of Completion and of Excellence.

Details of the program:

Phase 1 

 5 workshops by

Arab Excellence

5 workshops will cover a number of critical skills: inspirational case studies from local role models, formulating mid and long term vision,  professional and personal roadmaps, proactive networking skills, professional resume, cover letter, communications, public speaking, networking, creating professional presence online, etc…

Phase 2 

Career readiness workshopS by Boston Company Group

Students will be prepared to obtain internships in several companies to practice some of the skills learned in the various training sessions. Many of these internships will end up with job offers


Phase 4 

 Job matching with employers

Participants will be prepared to obtain jobs in several companies to practice some of the skills learned in the various training sessions.


Phase 3 

3 MEntorship sessions IN private companies 

Phase 3 is a pragmatic phase where mentors from prestigious will help students with practical steps to reach career readiness and employability. Students will be taken to Dubai by Bus to be mentored by with Prestigious companies (JP. Morgan & Linkedin etc…)

CRITERIA and SELECTION PROCESS

– 25 Emirati youth: Males and Females
– Between 21 and 27 years-old
– Active but Unemployed (they are currently actively looking for a job in the private sector)
– Recently graduated from university (within the last 12 months)
– A vision and willingness for change and career aspiration
– Willing to commit to a self-development program
